Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AmpLink website and the AmpLink phone charging kiosk network. By using this website or any AmpLink kiosk, you agree to these terms.
Use of AmpLink Kiosks
AmpLink kiosks are shared, self-service equipment. You pay a small fee to charge your device inside a PIN-locked compartment. You are responsible for the PIN you set, for retrieving your device, and for using the equipment as intended.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices left behind in an AmpLink kiosk are logged and venue staff are notified within 24 hours. AmpLink and the venue are not responsible for devices left unattended or unclaimed. Devices that remain unclaimed after 7 days may be handled at the venue's discretion.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily using shared, self-service equipment and that you assume the risk of loss, damage, malfunction, or unauthorized access to your device or property.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AmpLink, its officers, and its venue partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the AmpLink website or kiosks, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party. This does not apply to claims arising from AmpLink's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmpLink's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the session giving rise to that claim. AmpLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or kiosks after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
