AmpLink kiosks include a built-in camera used solely for basic security monitoring — deterring tampering, vandalism, and theft. This camera records video only; it does not record audio. Facial recognition and biometric identification are disabled on all AmpLink kiosks and will not be enabled without separate written notice and legal compliance review. Video footage is not combined with facial recognition, biometric analytics, or any technology that identifies a specific individual. Signage is posted at each kiosk location indicating the presence of video monitoring. This practice is consistent with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and applicable Texas video surveillance guidance.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to venue partnership inquiries.
• To communicate with existing venue partners about kiosk operations, revenue statements, and account matters.
• Video footage is used solely for security monitoring at kiosk locations and is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond deterring and documenting tampering or theft.
